JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize and achieve sales targets and business objectives within assigned territories or dealerships.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the sales performance and strategic initiatives.

4. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with finance and administration to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, customer meetings and network to enhance and promote the company's brand presence and build relationships.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Extensive experience of over 5 years in sales management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a regional or territory-based sales role.

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service.
