Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grant Writer with a proven record of securing funding from both local and international donors . The ideal candidate will combine strong research, persuasive writing, and project management skills to craft compelling proposals, manage grants, and foster long-term relationships with funding partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Identification
Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate government, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities.
Monitor donor trends and maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunities.
Proposal Development
Write persuasive and high-quality proposals, concept notes, and letters of inquiry.
Translate program objectives and impact into compelling donor-aligned narratives.
Collaboration
Work with internal teams (Finance, Programs, and Leadership) to collect data, prepare budgets, and define project objectives.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all proposal submissions and reports.
Project & Grants Management
Manage multiple grant application timelines, ensuring timely preparation and submission.
Track grant deliverables, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Fundraising Support
Contribute to the organization’s fundraising strategies and donor cultivation efforts.
Support donor communication and stewardship to build long-term partnerships.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare detailed narrative and financial reports in line with donor requirements.
Maintain accurate grant records, submissions, and outcomes for organizational reporting.
RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, International Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ proven grant writing experience with a successful funding track record (local & international).
Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex projects.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and fundraising databases (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, or similar).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
The Program Officer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of various programs within the organization. This role involves overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring that all activities are executed effectively, and aligning program goals with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
