Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update production plans, based on customers orders, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand order requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials , work-in-progress, and finished goods to aid production planning.
• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Communicate production plans to relevant departments and ensure everyone is aligned.
• Monitor the progress of production activities to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Manage any mishaps or issues that may arise during production, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities , inventory levels and order fulfilment status.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, including metrics such as output, efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Implement and maintain best practices in production planning and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in production management, industrial engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a production planner or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to manage production issues effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all process engineering work meets Project and COMPANY standards for safety, reliability, and cost- effectiveness.
• Monitor Process engineering deliverables, liaise daily with Process specialist counterparts on Contractors' side, highlight delays proactively and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Ensures timely review and return of process deliverables to the Engineering Contractor
• Prepare responses to all technical queries requested from Contractors with the aim of adding value by minimizing costs without sacrificing safety or level of quality.
• Develop and review process designs, concepts, and deliverables within schedule.
• Ensure the conformity of the project development, on existing facilities in OML 58.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary checks and stakeholder reviews to ensure technical consistency.
• Issue Process weekly report and participate in weekly general Engineering meetings/other ad hoc technical meetings.
• Anticipate potential problems/areas of concern in the process engineering discipline, inform the Process Leader and FEED Manager and advise on corrective actions
• Provide technical input in Call-For-Tender review/evaluation & Contract dossiers for EPC phase
• Assist the FEED manager on any Change Management related to process scope
• Participate in project reviews (HSE, 3D reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, PR etc.) and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Use simulation tools (HYSYS, UNISIM, PROII) effectively to support the project's needs.
• Collaborate with Operations team and Smart Room to gather Process Basis of Design elements
• Collaborate with Field Operations team to ensure compliance with TEPNG standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical oversight on discipline engineers, service providers, technology licensors and equipment vendors
• Participate in Site visits when required to complement brownfield design activities
• Provide technical support in design and procurement follow-up of critical process equipment (Compressors)
• Report progress regularly and ensure proper documentation and closeout.

Qualifications:

• B.Eng. in relevant Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years' hands-on Process Engineering
• Proven ability to execute projects through the full project cycle- FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC & commissioning
• Front-end project development experience, Site modification experience, and management of medium size projects.
• Strong leadership skills, written & verbal communication skills, organizational and team skills, and strong work ethic.
• Brownfield SIMOPS experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of international design codes / standards and TotalEnergies General Specifications

ROLE DEFINITION

Main responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for surface production systems start up & testing
• Monitor, Evaluate, Optimize and Debottleneck Surface Production Systems

Key activities

• Support the design of Surface Production systems to meet the required throughput Utilizing Simulation Tools
• Check, Review and Approve Process Documentation in assigned Project
• Interface with process counterpart in Contractor's engineering team during specified Engineering Phase within the Process Discipline

SE GS EU&AF SO FST 'Onshore Field Service' is an integral part of the Field Service & Tooling organization in Europe and Africa. We are responsible to execute and provide tooling and personnel to Field Service projects within the subregion on GS D, GS C and TI CP products and to potentially support outside the sub region on an ad hoc basis.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinating responsibility for all Field Service tooling within our Region.

a. Ensure tooling is certified and in good order.

What You Bring
