We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to manage and supervise our products, construction sites, including residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations and ensure construction activities are aligned with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Supervise and monitor all on-site work, including civil, MEP, and finishing activities.

Maintain quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety standards always.

Track material usage, stock levels, and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid delays.

Ensure timely completion of construction milestones in line with the overall project schedule.

Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and site documentation.

Assist in resolving technical issues, construction challenges, or design clarifications on-site.

Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities as required.

Provide feedback to the design and planning team for improvements or optimizations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate construction (residential/commercial).

Strong knowledge of real estate construction phases—from excavation to handover.

Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the real estate sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-rise or gated community residential projects.

Knowledge of local building codes, RERA norms, and compliance processes.

Certification in construction/project management is a plus.

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Surveyor with expertise in land surveying, construction layout, quantity surveying, and GIS mapping . The role involves performing field measurements, spatial analysis, construction stakeouts, and cost estimation to support engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced with modern survey equipment and software, and capable of delivering accurate, high-quality data and documentation across a range of project types.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Land & Construction Surveying

Conduct field surveys using total stations, RTK GPS, levels, and laser scanners.

Establish property boundaries, construction control points, and elevation benchmarks.

Perform layout and alignment for buildings, roads, utilities, and other civil structures.

Create topographic maps, cross-sections, and as-built drawings.

Ensure alignment and elevation compliance during construction execution.

2. Quantity Surveying

Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from construction drawings.

Assist in project cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation.

Track and verify quantities for interim and final payments.
