This role requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sales transactions accurately. Candidates must be trustworthy, technically competent, and capable of managing inventory, bookkeeping, and store maintenance.
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Working Days & Hours: Mon – Fri: 8am - 5pm & Sat: 8pm – 4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information (pricing, features, availability)
- Handle POS transactions, cash, and receipts with accuracy
- Take customer orders and manage returns/exchanges
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and transactions
- Support stock management, inventory logging, and restocking
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display arrangements
- Inform customers about discounts, promos, and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the store manage
- Ensure compliance with store policies and excellent customer service standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of SSCE
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, supermarket operations, or customer service
- Strong math and bookkeeping skills
- Proficient in using POS systems, computers, and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, smart, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

The position also involves promoting the advantages of life insurance to potential clients in private, federal, and state organizations located within Lagos State.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a risk taker, a person with a teachable and resilience spirit, that have good negotiating and persuading skills
Must have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure with other team members under minimal or no supervision.
NB the job is strictly a commission and allowance base job with a monthly allowance of #80,000 for General insurance and #85,000 for life insurance
