As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, mobilizing deposits, and providing exceptional customer service.
1. Deposit Mobilization:
Identify and acquire new deposit accounts from individuals, corporate bodies, and other organizations
Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit growth and retention
Meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets
2. Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular engagement
Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally
3. Business Development:
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
4. Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Monitor and report suspicious transactions or activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of BSc or HND degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related discipline)
At least 4 years of experience in relationship management or business development in the financial sector
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
