Role Overview

The Head of Intelligence will lead the development of ATLAS' data strategy, research frameworks, and insight products. You will oversee a multidisciplinary intelligence team and collaborate closely with HFN's investment and product teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute ATLAS' real estate intelligence strategy in alignment with HFN Group's vision.
• Build frameworks for data collection, validation, and analysis across key Nigerian and African markets.
• Develop and launch proprietary indexes (e.g., pricing trends, rental yields, absorption rates).

Data & Research Management

• Lead the sourcing and integration of data from public, private, and proprietary channels.
• Oversee the creation of market feasibility studies, location reports, and investment insights.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and reliability in published intelligence outputs.

Collaboration & Influence

• Partner with the Head of Investments (NEST) to feed data-driven insights into deal sourcing and evaluation.
• Support the Product Team in building data-led features for Nest and other platforms.
• Engage with developers, agents, regulators, and stakeholders to expand ATLAS' data network.

Product & Insight Delivery

• Oversee the design and delivery of ATLAS intelligence products, including dashboards, reports, and investor briefings.
• Ensure regular publication of monthly market reports, quarterly deep-dives, and custom client insights.
• Establish performance metrics for intelligence outputs (e.g., usage, influence on investment decisions).

Team Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and manage analysts and data specialists.
• Create a culture of rigorous research, critical thinking, and innovation.
• Align team KPIs with ATLAS' strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Data Science, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred).
