Location: Alapere, Lagos br> Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
W rk Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM < r>Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM < r>
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Automobile Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy auto workshop. The ideal candidate must be firm, tech-savvy, and capable of leading a team of technicians while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations
Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians
Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles
Monitor workflow and uphold service quality standards
Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints
Ensure proper documentation of jobs and parts used
Report operational issues to management
Enforce workplace discipline, cleanliness, and safety
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in an automobile workshop
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Good technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
Ability to use digital tools or software for reporting and scheduling
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be firm, smart, and organized
