We are seeking a competent and experienced Plumber to join our technical and facility maintenance team in a reputable hospitality establishment located in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of plumbing systems to support the comfort and safety of guests and staff within the facility. This is a contract-based role offering accommodation and competitive remuneration.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, drainage systems, pumps, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters
* Conduct routine checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal plumbing performance
* Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
* Quickly identify plumbing issues and resolve them with minimal disruption to operations
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations
* Work collaboratively with other maintenance and facility team members to ensure operational efficiency
* Accurately complete job documentation and report all work carried out to the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements* Minimum of National Diploma (ND) or NCE in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or any related technical field
* Proven hands-on experience (3-5 years) as a plumber, preferably in a commercial, hospitality, or facility maintenance setting
* Strong knowledge of water supply systems, heating systems, and plumbing codes
* Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of working in various conditions
* Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Punctuality and reliability are essential due to early work schedule

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Fiber Installation Support Technician to join our field operations team in Lekki. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of fiber optic infrastructure projects. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation of fiber optic cables through ducts, conduits, and designated pathways.
Lay and manage HDPE ducts to protect and organize fiber cables.
Remove interlocks and other obstructions to enable smooth cable routing.
Execute thrust boring for underground fiber pathways under roads and obstacles.
