We are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic B2B sales and revenue growth within the telecommunications and connectivity solutions space. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in enterprise sales within Nigeria’s telecom industry, with the ability to offer customized connectivity solutions to corporate clients across Lagos and the South-West region.
This role requires a combination of strategic sales planning, strong technical understanding, and superior client relationship management to close high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue GenerationIdentify and close enterprise-level opportunities in Lagos and across the South-West region.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Perform client profiling, needs analysis, and opportunity mapping.
Client Relationship ManagementAct as the key liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term partnerships.
Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal pitches to C-level executives.
Implement client retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to grow account value.
Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.
Technical Sales & Market PositioningShowcase in-depth knowledge of telecom and connectivity solutions such as fiber, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, SD-WAN, and cloud services.
Monitor telecom market trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.

Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and client engagements in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Requirements Qualifications Academic BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Sales or Telecommunications are an added advantage.
Professional Experience3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise/B2B sales within the Nigerian telecommunications sector.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and navigate long sales cycles.
