Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in
Akobo, Ibadan
. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, staff supervision, quality management, and coordination with logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Oversee warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Enforce food storage standards, FIFO/FEFO methods, and hygiene protocols.
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and dispatch personnel.
• Organize the warehouse layout for efficiency, safety, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare delivery slips, packing lists, and stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of warehouse efficiency.
