Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals (Executives / Managers) with a proven track record in the small appliances/kitchen appliances industry. Ideal candidates must come from reputable brands such as Binatone, Kenwood, Rite-Tek, Synix, or similar. This is a fast-track hiring opportunity with attractive compensation for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth within Port Harcourt and surrounding markets.
uild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive responses.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular market insights and customer feedback to the management team.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the small/kitchen appliances industry.
Prior experience with brands like Binatone, Kenwood, Rite-Tek, Synix, etc. is mandatory.
Strong network in retail/distribution channels within Port Harcourt or the South-South region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
