Key Responsibilities
· Visit construction sites and related locations to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
· Follow up promptly on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.
· Engage clients articulately, understanding their needs and presenting Inspirational Kitchens' products and services effectively.
· Close sales deals and convert leads into confirmed clients.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales using company tools.
· Collaborate with the Marketing and Promotional Manager to align on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
· Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in construction, interior design, or related industries.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak articulately and confidently.
· Self-driven with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
· Ability to visit multiple sites independently and manage time effectively.
· Comfortable working on a commission basis with allowances to support marketing activities.

Compensation
