Compensation: NGN 200,000 monthly + 5% recurring commission on clients acquired

Role Overview
We are hiring an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) in Nigeria to strengthen our international sales team. The role centers on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building long-term relationships—particularly with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business leads in the global software services market, with a focus on the USA.
- Build trust and nurture relationships with decision-makers to understand their technology requirements.
- Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to generate interest and set up meetings.
- Work in alignment with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline progress, and customer communications in CRM systems.
- Negotiate proposals, close new accounts, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide insights into market shifts and client needs to help refine strategy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in business development or tech sales, with strong exposure to international markets (especially the US).
- Good understanding of the software development and IT services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to establish credibility with global clients.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
