Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a driven and knowledgeable Medical Laboratory Scientist (Sales Specialist) to promote and sell our diagnostic products and laboratory solutions within Kano State. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between medical science and business by providing tailored diagnostic solutions to hospitals, research institutions, and medical labs across the state.
This role demands a strong understanding of laboratory operations, combined with commercial acumen and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage clients including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in Kano.
Conduct effective sales presentations and technical demonstrations to healthcare stakeholders.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure continuous engagement and repeat business.
Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product support, training, and after-sales service to clients.
Track regional market developments and provide strategic input to the business team.
RequirementsQualificationsBMLS or equivalent in Biomedical Sciences.
Valid MLSCN license.
2–4 years of clinical laboratory experience.
At least 1 year of sales experience in diagnostics, lab equipment, or healthcare services.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within Kano.
