Artist Campaign Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for artist releases across streaming platforms and social media.
Coordinate release rollout timelines and asset delivery with artists, A&R, and content operations.
Help craft and distribute artist marketing plans, EPKs, press releases, and DSP pitch submissions.
Liaise with DSP editorial and marketing teams to support playlisting and promo opportunities.
Content & Digital Marketing:

Create and manage social media calendars and content across company and artist-facing platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Support the production of promotional assets (videos, graphics, ads) in collaboration with designers and editors.
Track and report on campaign performance across social, email, and paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Partnership & Brand Collaboration:

Assist in organizing cross-promotions with DSPs, brands, influencers, and content creators.

Market & Trend Analysis:

Monitor music marketing trends, fan engagement tactics, and platform algorithm changes (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Conduct competitive research and audience insights to improve campaign performance.
Contribute ideas to team brainstorms and long-term marketing strategies.
Administrative & Internal Coordination:

Maintain campaign documentation, reports, and internal records.
Coordinate marketing assets across teams and update project management tools.
Support marketing events, artist showcases, and activations (virtual or in-person).
Requirements & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (but not required with strong relevant experience) < r>1–3 years of experience in music marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (label, distribution, agency, or DSP experience preferred). < r>Strong understanding of digital music platforms and the streaming ecosystem (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok).
Familiarity with artist marketing campaigns, release rollouts, and social media management.
Experience using marketing and analytics tools (Chartmetric, Soundcharts, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Linktree, Mailchimp, Canva).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
