Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the digital landscape
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales
  • Optimize website and online presence for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Work closely with the tech department to:
  • Implement SEO recommendations
  • Optimize website for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Promote our business on online maps (Google My Business, etc.)
    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid social, email, search engine optimization, etc.)
  • Experience with website management (WordPress, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, etc.)
