Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deputy Chief Technical Officer (Deputy CTO) to provide technical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across multiple large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities
Ensure all projects comply with the company's Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS), aligned with IFC Performance Standards.

Oversee tender processes, appointment of engineers and contractors, and procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Requirements
Minimum of 15 years' experience in the construction industry (roads and buildings).
At least 8 years in a senior leadership role, with proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale EPC projects and managing complex project lifecycles.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage).
Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) required.
Strong track record of technical and commercial success in construction or related sectors.
Excellent political and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance conflicting interests while ensuring statutory compliance.
