Role Overview

This role is central to driving online visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth, while ensuring cost-effective execution in partnership with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Capture daily photo/video content (kitchen, events, behind-the-scenes, customer stories).
  • Manage brand handles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure brand tone consistency.

Community & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews promptly.
  • Track customer feedback and escalate service issues to operations.
  • Build relationships with creators and influencers for collaborations.

Campaign Execution

  • Support flyer/creator card activations and digital campaigns.
  • Run small-scale paid ads (boosted posts, local targeting).
  • Coordinate SMS/email campaigns using provided templates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, reach, CTR, and conversions.
