We’re hiring a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and help convert followers into loyal community members and customers. As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across our social media platforms, driving engagement and increasing the visibility of our brand to meet course registration targets and book sales. RESPONSIBILITIES
Post 2 engaging videos daily on TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp
Design and update logos using visually appealing graphics (Canva or similar tools) for campaigns, social media posts, and other brand initiatives.
Collect and post testimonials from students or parents
Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with our audience across the platforms daily
Cross-post content efficiently across all platforms
Manage and grow our TikTok account from scratch
Design and update logos as needed for campaigns, social media posts, and other brand initiatives.
Convert leads from social media into paying customers (bonuses apply)
Weekly accountability reports per KPIs & Performance Incentives
You’re a Good Fit If You: < r>
Have experience running social media pages (bonus if in kids, education or culture)
Understand content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, & Youtube
Are skilled in Canva or other content creation design tools
Can write captions that are fun, clear, and emotionally engaging
