General Description
The Public Relations / Government Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively developing and maintaining long-term, stable, and positive working relationships with key government functional departments, power companies, and industry associations. Acting as a strategic bridge between the government and the company, the role ensures that relevant policies, regulations, and initiatives are accurately and efficiently communicated, interpreted, and understood internally.
The Manager will identify and provide early warnings on potential policy or compliance risks, advising management on their implications and recommending appropriate responses. Additionally, the role will support business departments in resolving government-related challenges that may arise during operations, ensuring smooth communication, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of the company's strategic interests within the public and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and systematically maintain long-term, stable, and positive working relationships with key government functional departments, power company and industry associations.
- Serve as a "bridge" between the government and the company, ensuring policy information is accurately, efficiently, communicated and understood internally.
- Identify and provide early warning of potential policy and compliance risks.
· Assist business departments in resolving specific government-related issues encountered during operations.
Qualifications
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or related fields.
- Network Resources: Possess a well-established and verified network of contacts and communication channels within relevant government departments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver precise and persuasive presentations and negotiations.
