Job Responsibilities:

• Technical implementations and end-user support of our SaaS software and VOIP technology
• Client-facing with good technical presentation and soft skills (Microsoft Office tools)
• Support of our cloud-hosted infrastructures including daily backups and alerts of the platform.
• willingness to travel on short notice as when required for implementation and support.

We are seeking a
Systems Engineer
to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure while also providing technical support when needed. This hybrid role will focus on managing servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud services, but will also involve assisting end users with escalated issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a versatile engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to balance infrastructure projects with support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
