Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead our user insights efforts and help us design delightful, intuitive, impactful and scalable experiences.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be a key advocate for the voice of the user. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to uncover actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions. Your research will guide the creation of innovative and impactful digital solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

Research Planning & Execution:

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests, etc.).

User Insights:
