Duties and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Bank Reconciliation:

Expense Management:
- Record and monitor business expenses, ensuring they align with company policies.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software or systems.

Financial Reporting:
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements.

Inventory and Stock Management:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the stock of restaurant supplies and goods.

- Work closely with the procurement team to manage the cost of goods and inventory purchases.
Tax and Compliance:
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including VAT, withholding taxes, and any other applicable taxes.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Accountant and management team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide support during financial audits and assist in addressing auditor queries.
- Assist other departments, such as procurement and HR, with financial tasks as needed.
Other Administrative Duties:
- Assist with answering phones, responding to financial inquiries, and providing customer support as required.
- Perform other administrative duties related to accounting, such as handling petty cash.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN Certification is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, along with hospitality experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in accounting, cost accounting, or financial management roles.
