JOB SUMMARY
The Relationship Manager, Securities Trading is responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering tailored trading solutions across equities, fixed income, and other securities. The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, client engagement, and business development to ensure the firm's strategic objectives are effectively translated into actionable results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and present customized investment and trading solutions that align with clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
- Communicate market trends, insights, and trading opportunities in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the research and trading teams to ensure proposed solutions are data-driven and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and superior client experience.
- Maintain regular follow-up and periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the securities trading market.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Convert leads into active trading accounts by demonstrating the firm's value proposition and capabilities.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.
