Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, focusing on existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive new business development by identifying areas for improvement and targeting new market segments within the renewable energy space.
  • Implement business strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets, including revenue, EBITDA, and profit margins.

Sales & Marketing:

    Ensure industry best practices are followed by the team to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree (Required), MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or a similar role within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, or related).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and results.
    Commercially astute, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
