Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Prospect Engagement and Client Conversion:

Sales Pipeline and Performance Management:

- Ensure early qualification to reduce sales cycle duration and improve pipeline efficiency.
- Manage the accurate creation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and update CRM records to support seamless communication and visibility.
Relationship Building
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Responsible for local partner relationship management.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish valuable connections
Educational Qualification and Requirement
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- 7+ years of information technology solutions sales experience in Nigeria.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, Information Technology (IT) solutions such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), automation and integration tools, Microsoft SharePoint collaborative portals and Office 365 and custom software development.
- Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for Nigerian companies.
- Previous experience in selling enterprise software applications such as ERP, Automation, Integration, Custom Software Development, etc. and having successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models will be an added advantage.
