Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate future phases of solution development and drive
product launch rollouts. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires cross-functional
collaboration, sharp execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects
simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Build & Product Development Coordination
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each solution build phase, translating the product
roadmap into actionable milestones.
• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly sprint/milestone meetings with product and engineering teams.
• Maintain a risk and dependency log, proactively resolving blockers.
- Sales & Launch Rollout Management
• Create standardised rollout playbooks for product launches.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training for new estates, schools, offices, and vendors.
• Ensure marketing campaigns, training materials, and launch events are aligned with rollout
timelines.
- Project Governance & Reporting
• Provide weekly and monthly project status reports for leadership, including key progress indicators,
risks, and recommendations.
• Manage project budgets, tracking costs against planned resources.
Experience Requirements
• 5-7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in:
o Tech startups, SaaS platforms, or community-focused digital solutions.
o Managing both software development projects and market rollouts.
• Experience in launching tech products to multiple customer segments (B2C/B2B2C).
• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, , or similar).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple workstreams.
Technical & Business Skills
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate remote teams across multiple locations.
