Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate future phases of solution development and drive

product launch rollouts. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires cross-functional

collaboration, sharp execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Build & Product Development Coordination

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each solution build phase, translating the product

roadmap into actionable milestones.

• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly sprint/milestone meetings with product and engineering teams.

• Maintain a risk and dependency log, proactively resolving blockers.

1. Sales & Launch Rollout Management

• Create standardised rollout playbooks for product launches.

• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training for new estates, schools, offices, and vendors.

• Ensure marketing campaigns, training materials, and launch events are aligned with rollout

timelines.

1. Project Governance & Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly project status reports for leadership, including key progress indicators,

risks, and recommendations.

• Manage project budgets, tracking costs against planned resources.

Experience Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in:

o Tech startups, SaaS platforms, or community-focused digital solutions.

o Managing both software development projects and market rollouts.

• Experience in launching tech products to multiple customer segments (B2C/B2B2C).

• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, , or similar).

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple workstreams.

Technical & Business Skills

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

• Ability to coordinate remote teams across multiple locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, for a Technical Assistant to the Executive Director. The company is located in Lagos and Port Harcourt, and we are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and discreet Technical Assistant to serve as the chief enabler and primary support for the Managing Director (MD).

This is a demanding, high-exposure role that goes beyond traditional executive assistance. You will be instrumental in driving strategic research, tracking key projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary research and rigorous data analysis on market trends, competitor performance, and internal operational metrics, translating complex data into clear, actionable presentations and reports for the MD.
• Monitor and track the progress of critical strategic initiatives and projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery and providing the MD with concise status updates and early warnings on potential roadblocks.
• Prepare detailed briefing materials, financial summaries, and technical background papers for board meetings, external stakeholder engagements, and regulatory submissions.
• Assist the MD in reviewing and streamlining internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to drive efficiency across the organization.
• Manage the MD's calendar, coordinating internal meetings, external appointments, and travel logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary filter for communications directed to the MD, drafting professional correspondence, memoranda, and presentations on behalf of the executive office.
• Organize and maintain a high-volume of confidential data, documents, and records, ensuring absolute discretion and security.
• Liaise effectively with departmental Directors, external consultants, company secretary, and board members to facilitate the MD's directives.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience, ideally gained in an Executive Assistant, Research Analyst, or Consulting capacity within the financial services sector, banking, or a structured corporate environment.

Core Competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in using analytical tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to model scenarios, analyze large datasets, and deliver findings through high-quality data visualizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts clearly and concisely to senior management.

• Consistently maintain a polished, professional appearance and executive demeanour suitable for representing the Managing Director's office in high-level internal and external engagements.
