Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Define the vision and roadmap for consulting and systems integration across Africa.
Grow vertical-specific solutions in:
Financial Services: Core banking modernization, fraud prevention
- Public Sector: National ID systems, digital citizen platforms
- Healthcare: Telehealth, smart diagnostics, data interoperability
- Energy/Utility: IoT grid monitoring, predictive analytics
- Build a multi-million-dollar pipeline targeting mid-to-enterprise clients ($10M–$300M in revenue).
Sales Engineering & Market Expansion
- Lead technical pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses.
- Co-develop offerings with partners (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, OpenAI).
- Drive regional campaigns, events, and briefings to enhance visibility.
- Support high-value deal closures alongside account executives.
Global Delivery & Offshore Engineering
- Build and manage a cross-border engineering hub for U.S. clients.
- Deliver MVPs, multi-cloud migrations, and enterprise-grade integrations.
- Ensure alignment across U.S.–Africa projects, especially in cloud and cybersecurity.
Team Building & Culture Crafting

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience leading tech consulting, SI practices, or offshore/global delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud (Azure, AWS), enterprise AI, DevOps, and systems integration.
- Proven ability to translate technical complexity into business value and close transformation deals.
- Passion for building in high-growth, resource-constrained environments.
- Strong communicator who can engage C-suite and engineering teams alike.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with African tech implementations (e.g., national ID, healthcare access, fintech platforms).
- Understanding of African regulatory frameworks (NDPR, GIPC Act, etc.).
- Certifications: CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Pro, CCIE, TOGAF, etc.
- Experience working with governments, banks, telcos, or regional enterprises.
- Previous delivery experience with U.S.-based clients from offshore hubs.
