RequirementsQualifications & Experience Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
An MBA or additional business qualification is an added advantage.
Professional Experience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering or technology roles.
At least 6 years in a senior leadership capacity managing engineering teams.
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact software development projects, particularly in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of modern development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Node.js, Angular, Ionic, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Proven ability to architect, build, and scale large systems and platforms.
