Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic and Analytical Support

·    Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance analysis to inform executive decisions.

·    Translate data and insights into compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

·    Support business model design, go-to-market strategies, and financial modeling for new and ongoing ventures.

2. Project Management and Execution

·    Lead the design, coordination, and monitoring of special projects or strategic initiatives under the CEO’s direction.

·    Create project timelines, define KPIs, and coordinate internal/external teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

·    Track and document progress across multiple workstreams, flagging blockers and driving resolution where needed.

·    Ensure high standards of documentation, communication, and handoff processes across involved stakeholders.

3. Operational Intelligence

·    Build internal tracking systems and decision frameworks to improve the CEO’s visibility into business operations.

·    Develop templates, reporting tools, and technical infrastructure (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets) for task tracking, knowledge sharing, and resource planning.

·    Evaluate and propose improvements to internal processes for better speed, clarity, or impact.

4. Technical Writing and Output Quality

·    Draft and review business proposals, strategic memos, investor decks, and technical documentation aligned with the CEO’s tone and objectives.

·    Ensure clarity, data accuracy, logic, and visual consistency across all deliverables.

·    Maintain high-quality control of documentation going to the board, partners, or investors.

5. CEO Support & Decision Enablement

·    Prepare detailed briefing notes, insights, and risk assessments before key meetings or decisions.

·    Act as a sounding board to the CEO, helping structure ideas, pressure-test strategies, or refine key narratives.

·    Support internal alignment by ensuring strategic clarity and follow-through across the CEO’s priorities.

Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

·    2–4 years of experience in a business analyst, strategy, or consulting role.

·    Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and relevant business intelligence tools.

·    Experience in building models, operational systems, and executive-ready reports.

·    Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.

·    Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented with high attention to detail.
