As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

**Responsibilities**
As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving extremely complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. Further, the Advisory Systems Engineer is sought by customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice.

Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations across on-premise and cloud-based platforms -Partner with software vendors, IT teams, and business analysts to deliver tailored integration solutions.-Conduct testing of integration workflows to identify and resolve performance or functional issues-Perform debugging, error handling, and ensure seamless operation of all integrated systems.-Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and testing procedures-Provide technical support for deployed integrations, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.-Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability.Requirements•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Suite defelopment (CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.)• Strong knowledge of Zoho One suite.• Proven experience with API integrations and automation (e.g., Deluge, Java script, Zoho Flow, Webhooks).• Client-facing skills with ability to gather requirements and translate into technical deliverables.• Experience in writing and deploying custom functions/scripts.• Preference for candidates with experience in business technology consulting, SaaS, healthcare technology, or CRM/ERP implementations.
