About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DI Machine Operator with a background in graphic design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Direct Imaging (DI) printing machine, while also providing design support for pre-press and layout tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain DI (Direct Imaging) printing machines to produce high-quality print materials.
- Prepare and manage print files for production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the DI machine.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate color matching and file setup.
- Review customer artwork and ensure files meet print specifications.
- Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency throughout the production process.
- Assist in the design and layout of print-ready artwork when required.
- Manage deadlines and production schedules efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a print production environment, with graphic design experience.
Proven experience operating DI printing machines
Basic graphic design skills
Strong understanding of pre-press processes and file preparation.
Attention to detail and commitment to print quality.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Oversee the proper handling of product and residue streams such as impure spirit, fusel oil, and slop.
Inspect equipment for leakages, vibrations, or unusual pressure/temperature conditions.
Verify the working condition of pumps, heat exchangers, condensers, and reboilers.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and minor equipment troubleshooting with the maintenance team.
Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and EHS standards, including proper use of PPE.
