Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media, email, live chat, and other channels.
* Address and resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
* Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within CRM systems.
* Provide actionable insights from customer feedback to relevant teams to improve products and services.
Social Media Management
* Monitor and manage brand presence across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
* Engage actively by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-aligned tone.
* Assist with the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content and campaigns.
* Track and report on engagement metrics, social trends, and audience sentiment to support strategy development.
Marketing Support
* Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer partnerships, product promotions, and launches.
* Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as newsletters, graphics, and landing pages.
* Collaborate on short-form video ideas, copywriting, and creative content development.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
* Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print channels.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging tone.
* Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads.
* Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark) and content scheduling.
* Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
