Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media & Content Creator to develop and execute our social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing content, engaging with followers, analyzing performance, and building a strong online presence that reflects the restaurant’s identity and values.
br>Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
Engage actively with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and optimize content
Collaborate with kitchen/creative teams for photo and video shoots
Stay updated with trends and best practices in the food & hospitality industry
Run paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed
Manage the brand’s voice across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) < r>Requirements
2-4 years experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content creation tools
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to shoot and edit engaging content (photo/video)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
