About the Role**
Trusoft is partnering with a leading Fintech client to hire a skilled QA Tester with solid automation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through effective test planning, automation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Ensure test automation frameworks are up-to-date and scalable.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

QA Test Intern (Python + Selenium)

What you will do most of the time

• Pick stable locators (by text/CSS) and add basic explicit waits.
• Update tests when pages change.

Eligibility

• Current IT/CS student (undergrad or postgrad).

Role Overview

As a Mid-Level QA Tester at BillStation, you'll be responsible for testing our web and mobile applications, validating API endpoints, and ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, backend and frontend engineers to catch issues early, automate repetitive tests, and deliver a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API components.

Test payment workflows, wallet operations, and transaction histories to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Conduct regression, smoke, and performance testing across major releases.

Use tools like Postman, JMeter, and Cypress / Playwright to validate backend and frontend functionality.

Log, track, and verify bugs using Jira (or similar project management tools).

Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes of bugs and verify fixes.

Review system requirements and provide timely feedback on potential quality issues.

Work closely with the DevOps team to validate staging and production deployments.

Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and daily standups.

Contribute to building and maintaining automated regression test suites.

Technical Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Engineer.

Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and bug lifecycle management.

Experience with automation testing tools such as:

Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or Appium

Familiar with API testing using Postman or Newman.

Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON payload validation.

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

Experience with fintech systems or transactional platforms (preferred).

Proficiency in writing test plans, reports, and release notes.
