The Account Officer – Inventory & Outlet Control is responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and reporting inventory activities across all revenue-generating and consumption departments (all sales outlet, restaurant, kitchen, store and housekeeping) at CrownCity Resort. This full-time, on-site position ensures accurate documentation of stock movement, daily outlet sales vs. inventory reconciliation, and monthly asset counts in alignment with the resort's internal control policies.

The role plays a key part in preventing inventory losses, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining stock integrity within operational units such as F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. This officer works closely with Stores, and Department Heads to enforce stock discipline, detect variances, and ensure data accuracy across the supply-use-reporting cycle. Manage checks and balances

Key Responsibilities:

Outlet & Inventory Monitoring

  • Conduct daily stock counts at sales outlets and operational departments (e.g. F&B, kitchen, housekeeping).
  • Monitor for expired, damaged, or obsolete stock and report items for appropriate action.
  • Reconcile outlet sales transactions with kitchen dockets and software-generated reports to identify inconsistencies or unsold orders.

Stock Movement Verification

  • Review department requisition booklets and verify quantities issued from the store match requisitions and approvals.

Internal Control & Documentation

  • Maintain well-organized documentation of all stock movements, approvals, variances, and inventory logs.

Qualifications & Experience:
