The jobholder patrols and monitors the activities of operatives across assigned locations, drives and ensures strict compliance with Halogen standards for operational excellence; escalates issues, threats or infractions and engages appropriate officers for prompt resolution; and provides reports and updates on assigned locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guards Supervision:
§ Decode post orders to the operatives and ensure strict adherence to the post orders at the protected locations
§ Maintain strict discipline and adherence to laid down regulations by the operatives under his command
§ Ensure complete guard strength in assigned locations
§ Patrol and monitor the activities of guards and beats in assigned locations
§ Provide guidance to guards on assigned duties
§ Handle guards' complaints
§ Download information from clocking device from all the allocated locations to the mobile downloader
Surveillance:
§ Conduct patrol tour of the protected premises and ensures compliance with Halogen standards; identify and escalate (potential) security risks, threats etc.
§ Assist the Zonal Head in the administration of processes, procedures etc.
§ Respond promptly to client complaints or requests; escalate to appropriate officers as required
Reporting:
§ Prepare daily incident or related reports for the Operations Officer and give recommendations for improvement
