What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales agents selling short-term insurance products, driving daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement.
- Coach effectively through role-plays, live call reviews, and one-on-one sessions to rapidly upskill the team.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead qualification through to policy issuance, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Monitor and manage key metrics (conversion rates, pipeline flow, QA scores, average premium, customer satisfaction), identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Be hands-on: jump into calls, close complex deals, and lead by example.
- Partner with the Sales Manager to execute strategic initiatives, refine processes, and maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, QA, Customer Service, and Admin teams to resolve issues impacting customer experience or sales outcomes.

- Proven sales experience with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous (short-term policies, renewals, underwriting).
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Confident using data, dashboards, and CRMs to monitor performance and make decisions.
