As a Leucipa Sales Leader SSA , you will be responsible for:
- Leading the growth of Leucipa, one of the company's most strategic digital initiatives, across the Geozone, positioning yourself at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector.
- Owning and driving a sophisticated sales cycle that allows you to engage directly with senior executives, shape client strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by aligning Leucipa's value to customer challenges, enabling long-term partnerships and repeatable success.
- Taking full ownership of your territory — from pipeline development through deal closure — with the autonomy to create impact while collaborating with technical and product teams worldwide.
- Developing tailored proposals that integrate technical, operational, and financial perspectives, giving you exposure to complex business problem-solving.
- Building lasting relationships with influential clients, opening doors for both short-term wins and long-term account expansion
- Contributing to the evolution of Leucipa by bringing customer feedback into product strategy, helping shape the future of a flagship digital solution.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in solution-based sales with proven success in managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes. 10 years experience in general.
- Have strong commercial acumen and ability to build value-driven business cases.
- Have experience in digital product sales.
- Have strong communicator with the ability to inspire customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution selling and creating clarity in complex environments.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales agents selling short-term insurance products, driving daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement.
- Coach effectively through role-plays, live call reviews, and one-on-one sessions to rapidly upskill the team.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead qualification through to policy issuance, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Monitor and manage key metrics (conversion rates, pipeline flow, QA scores, average premium, customer satisfaction), identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Be hands-on: jump into calls, close complex deals, and lead by example.
- Partner with the Sales Manager to execute strategic initiatives, refine processes, and maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, QA, Customer Service, and Admin teams to resolve issues impacting customer experience or sales outcomes.

- Insurance industry experience is advantageous (short-term policies, renewals, underwriting).

- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell in, sell out, Focus Category, NPD listing and promotions)

- Organize and coordinate activities of floor sales merchandizers
- Implement strict credit control for Key distributors and ensure purchases are made within approved credit limit
- Accountable for POS materials and other sales driving materials deployed to territory through monitoring to ensure safe keeping and optimal use.
- Actively lead or participate in Quality Management System implementation and sustenance in all assigned duties.
- Ensure no waste of resources or pollution of the environment while fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications
- First Degree in any discipline

- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
