Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support (E-commerce) team member to assist our online beauty store operations. This role supports the sales and customer service process for all e-commerce channels by managing order processing, assisting customers, coordinating with logistics, and supporting the marketing and product teams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to post-purchase, while helping the team achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner and track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Provide exceptional service and follow up on customer issues until resolution by responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media (product questions, order status, returns, etc.)
- Assist with uploading and updating product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)
- Ensure stock levels are accurate across all platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
- Flag and help correct any website or listing errors.
- Support execution of online promotions and campaigns and assist in tracking sales performance and generating basic reports.
- Monitor promo code usage and sales impact.
- Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, sales support, or customer service (beauty industry a plus).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Jumia, konga ,WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM and Support ticket system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products is a strong advantage
Core Skills and Function. Competencies
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk.
- Familiarity with beauty brand names and product categories.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).

• Develop ingenious content to drive interest and uptake of sales action programs (use of videos and compelling pictures).

Inventory Management:
•Assist in managing inventory levels and product availability to meet customer demand.
Ensure to check product availability and plan SAP offers with available products
• Track ongoing SAP campaigns, ensuring prevention of and urgent response to OOS situations on ongoing offers.
• Work with regional or global correspondences to choose compelling accessories that resonate with the local market.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales support coordinator or Sales support associate
• Hands on experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn new sales support applications.
• English language proficiency
