Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets. This includes market analysis, identifying key verticals, and creating tailored outreach strategies.

CRM and Pipeline Management: Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot CRM. You'll be responsible for meticulous lead tracking, managing the entire sales pipeline, and generating detailed sales reports to inform business decisions.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and gathering customer feedback to continually refine and optimize our sales approach.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital services industries. Your track record should show a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • HubSpot Proficiency: You must be highly conversant with the full functionality of HubSpot CRM , including its sales and marketing hubs. Certification is a significant plus.

  • Digital Acumen: A strong, working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and a solid understanding of key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).

  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: The ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and compellingly in both written and verbal communication. You should possess strong negotiation and closing skills.
