About the Role

Our client is seeking a structured, execution-driven Sales Operations & Performance Manager to professionalize the sales function across their Abuja real estate portfolio, with a primary focus on World Trade Center Abuja.

This is not a pure sales role. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the department: building the sales pipeline, enforcing process, supervising three sales executives, and driving consistent performance in one of Nigeria's most high-value real estate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management & CRM Ownership

  • Own our Freshsales CRM — ensure every lead is logged, tracked, followed up, and progressed through the pipeline
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews: close dead leads, reassign cold ones, and push for next steps
  • Ensure real-time visibility of pipeline value, velocity, and bottlenecks
  • Partner with leadership to support data-driven forecasting and reporting

Performance Management

  • Supervise sales executives: track calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal movement
  • Lead daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
  • Develop and track KPIs (lead response time, conversion rates, cycle time, etc.)

Reporting & Tools

  • Build dashboards using Freshsales, Asana, or similar
  • Recommend tools or automation to boost team productivity
  • Maintain regular performance reporting for management visibility

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or inside sales leadership
  • Proven ability to supervise junior team members
  • Fluent in tools like Freshsales, Asana, or similar CRMs/project trackers

Job Title: Sales Operations Executive.

Location: Ikeja

Salary: 400k to 800k Gross

Job Summary:

Palmpay BNPL is looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Executive to focus on

driving new customer acquisition. This role will play a critical part in expanding our

customer base,optimizing sales processes,and ensuring seamless onboarding for new

clients. You will also manage operations for key accounts.This role will ensure seamless execution of client requirements, maintain strong relationships with high-value accounts,and support revenue growth through operational excellence.

Acquiring new customers:

Responsibilities:

1,Identify,qualify,and convert new prospects into active customers.

2,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop ad -generation strategies.

3,Track and report on sales pipeline,conversion rates,and acquisition performance.

4,Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers,including documentation and account

setup.

5,Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.

6,Work with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and

billing.

Managing operations for key accounts:

1,Act as the primary operations contact for assigned key accounts.

2,Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and delivery to ensure service excellence.

3,Monitor account performance metrics, including sales targets, retention rates,and

satisfactions cores.

4,Work closely with account managers to develop account-specific strategies and growth

plans.

5,Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships.

6,Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and account optimization.

7,Support contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration
