Experience Level: 7–10 years
About the Role
Our client is seeking a structured, execution-driven Sales Operations & Performance Manager to professionalize the sales function across their Abuja real estate portfolio, with a primary focus on World Trade Center Abuja.
This is not a pure sales role. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the department: building the sales pipeline, enforcing process, supervising three sales executives, and driving consistent performance in one of Nigeria's most high-value real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management & CRM Ownership

- Run weekly pipeline reviews: close dead leads, reassign cold ones, and push for next steps
- Ensure real-time visibility of pipeline value, velocity, and bottlenecks
- Partner with leadership to support data-driven forecasting and reporting
Performance Management
- Supervise sales executives: track calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal movement
- Lead daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
- Develop and track KPIs (lead response time, conversion rates, cycle time, etc.)
- Provide basic training on sales discipline, CRM usage, and pipeline ownership
Sales Process Development
- Build a repeatable, structured sales process from lead intake to deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of new leads
- Free up Karim's bandwidth by ensuring only high-potential leads reach him for closing
Client Engagement (Selective)
- Step in to help progress or mature leads when needed, especially in the VP Sales' absence
- Assist in proposal development, site visits, and negotiation prep
Reporting & Tools
- Build dashboards using Freshsales, Asana, or similar
- Recommend tools or automation to boost team productivity
- Maintain regular performance reporting for management visibility
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or inside sales leadership
- Proven ability to supervise junior team members
- Fluent in tools like Freshsales, Asana, or similar CRMs/project trackers
- Passionate about process, structure, and follow-through
- Confident enough to step in for the VP Sales when needed
- Comfortable balancing rigour with flexibility
- Exposure to high-value B2B or real estate sales environments
