Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
. Identify and target potential individual and corporate clients for foreign exchange services (e.g., individuals needing personal remittances, businesses requiring foreign currency for imports/exports, travelers).
. Actively pursue new business leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the firm.
Client Relationship Management:
. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
. Provide expert advice on foreign exchange market trends and regulations.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the firm's foreign exchange services.
. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
. Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings and promotional campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
. Stay updated on local and international foreign exchange market dynamics, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing performance against targets and providing actionable insights.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipeline information.
Requirements:
· Minimum of OND in any Field br>· 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing. · Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. br>. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
