Minimum 5 years in advertising sales, with 3+ years in leadership within Nigeria's media/publishing/digital space (FTA, Pay TV, advertising agencies).

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding million-dollar revenue targets.

Deep knowledge of Nigeria's advertising ecosystem, media buying, and regulations.

Expertise in both digital and traditional advertising.

Strong relationships with top advertisers, agencies, and brands in Nigeria.

Ability to lead and scale sales operations, including remote teams.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa or Yoruba is an advantage
