Key Responsibilities

Platform Stability

• Lead bug triage, prioritisation, and resolution (critical → high → medium).
• Implement regression testing and CI/CD gates.
• Improve error handling, reliability, and monitoring.

Feature Delivery

• Oversee the development of upcoming features such as Hub storage optimisation, landlord portal, and Dormot Docs.
• Ensure every feature passes regression testing and does not compromise core stability.
• Balance speed of delivery with engineering discipline.
