We are seeking highly skilled Engineers with at least 5 years of core engineering experience in the energy sector to support our technical operations and drive project success. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project management capabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company, clients, and external technical partners, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.
- Oversee, coordinate, and review outsourced engineering, technical, and IT support services to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and monitor technical project execution, ensuring adherence to engineering designs, industry standards, and QHSE requirements.
- Provide in-house technical support and troubleshooting on engineering-related issues, escalating complex problems to external partners when required.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare engineering reports, and provide recommendations to management on technical solutions and improvements.
- Ensure technical workflows, procedures, and project documentation are well structured, maintained, and updated for knowledge retention and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation, evaluation, and review of engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Support procurement processes by providing technical input for material selection, vendor evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Monitor the performance of equipment, systems, and contractors, identifying risks, proposing improvements, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams, contributing technical expertise to support business development and operational goals.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of core engineering experience in the energy, oil & gas, or power sector.
- Professional Engineering certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in project execution, site supervision, and technical coordination.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, codes, and HSE regulations in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETAP, Primavera, or equivalent depending on discipline).
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and technical evaluation of materials/equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.

System Design – Prepare solar PV, ESS, and inverter system designs and sizing based on client load requirements (single/three-phase, on-grid/off-grid).
