We are seeking highly skilled Engineers with at least 5 years of core engineering experience in the energy sector to support our technical operations and drive project success. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project management capabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company, clients, and external technical partners, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and review outsourced engineering, technical, and IT support services to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and monitor technical project execution, ensuring adherence to engineering designs, industry standards, and QHSE requirements.
  • Provide in-house technical support and troubleshooting on engineering-related issues, escalating complex problems to external partners when required.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prepare engineering reports, and provide recommendations to management on technical solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure technical workflows, procedures, and project documentation are well structured, maintained, and updated for knowledge retention and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation, evaluation, and review of engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
  • Support procurement processes by providing technical input for material selection, vendor evaluation, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor the performance of equipment, systems, and contractors, identifying risks, proposing improvements, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams, contributing technical expertise to support business development and operational goals.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of core engineering experience in the energy, oil & gas, or power sector.
  • Professional Engineering certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in project execution, site supervision, and technical coordination.
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards, codes, and HSE regulations in the energy industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETAP, Primavera, or equivalent depending on discipline).
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and technical evaluation of materials/equipment is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power & Inverter Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of power systems, including both strong and weak electricity components, for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate must have in-depth technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.



Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibilities

460. Scheme design: According to customer needs and load conditions, complete the design and selection of photovoltaic systems, energy storage and inverters (including single-phase/three-phase systems, grid-connected/off-grid solutions).

System Design – Prepare solar PV, ESS, and inverter system designs and sizing based on client load requirements (single/three-phase, on-grid/off-grid).



461. Technical consulting: Provide customers with power solution consulting and answer technical questions in the project.

Technical Consultation – Provide advisory services to clients, addressing technical issues during the project lifecycle.



462. Installation and implementation: lead the team to complete the system installation, wiring, debugging, to ensure that the project complies with IEC, NERC, SONCAP and other standards.

Installation Execution – Lead team to complete installation, wiring, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with IEC, NERC, SONCAP standards.



463. Installation supervision: Supervise the construction of outsourced or subordinate teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget control.

1874. Proficient in electrical drawing design, selection calculation, cable/protection configuration, able to independently complete system design and audit.

Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, sizing calculations, cable/protection selection; able to design and validate systems independently.



1875. Have installation supervision or project management experience, can control the construction quality and safety.

1876. Familiar with after-sales and troubleshooting, able to quickly solve inverter, battery, distribution and other related problems.
