Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Business and Process Improvement Officer, BIE. The officer will be responsible for overseeing and improving business processes, analyzing current workflows, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize process performance.

• Execution of QMS for PJT

The Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager (QA/QC Manager) will be responsible for effectively managing quality assurance & quality control activities and team, monitoring the compliant implementation of WHO Pre-Qualification requirements in the manufacturing of long lasting insecticidal nets, ensuring products and processes meet the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the registration of the premise with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Ensure that all SOPs are up to date and reviewed at expiration or when there is any change in process or develop new SOP for new process.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Lead in the design and implementation of efficient and effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Warehouse.

• Experience in Quality Assurance functions as it relates to GDP and Quality Management Systems.
