Job Summary:

The Contact Center Quality Control Analyst Supervisor is responsible for supervising the quality assurance (QA) and monitoring processes within the contact center. The QA/QC Officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all furniture fabrication activities from raw material procurement to finished products —meet company standards, client specifications, and industry quality requirements. Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures for the furniture production line.

• Train production staff on quality standards, finishing techniques, and proper handling of materials.

Quality Control (QC):
