About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Training Facilitator to design, deliver, and evaluate a training program focused on professional development, interpersonal relationships, communication, and workplace collaboration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and a proven ability to engage participants in practical, outcome-driven learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver an interactive training session on interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and effective communication.
- Facilitate a workshop, and role-play activities to help participants build practical relationship management skills.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of the diverse participants, ranging from entry-level employees to senior management.
- Use adult learning techniques, case studies, and group discussions to foster engagement and retention.
- Assess participant learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with HR/Training teams to align training with organizational goals and culture.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements for continuous learning impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in interpersonal skills development and workplace learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Professional certification in training, coaching, or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, ICF) preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience delivering training programs in interpersonal skills, communication, or leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of facilitating workshops that drive measurable improvements in teamwork and workplace relationships.
- Ability to adapt facilitation style to different learning environments (in-person, virtual, hybrid).

Who We Are Looking For
