Turn user feedback and community insights into product/content improvements.
- Digital Marketing: Set up, test, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and YouTube. Define audiences, craft offers and creatives, iterate toward CPA/ROAS targets. Track results in Sheets/Airtable; provide concise weekly performance snapshots.
- Creative Production: Edit short videos in CapCut (cuts, captions, ratios for Reels/Shorts/TikTok).Design clean, on-brand graphics in Canva (thumbnails, carousels, ad creatives, banners).Maintain a versioned asset library and naming conventions for reuse.
- Administration and Coordination: Keep calendars, content pipelines, and campaign timelines organized. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors; surface risks early. Uphold data hygiene, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND or BSc with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
