Requirements

  • Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in well testing, production operations, or well services, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of well test design, equipment, and flow assurance principles.
  • Demonstrated experience with multiphase flow measurement and interpretation of well test data.
  • Solid understanding of production operations, surface facilities, and oilfield safety practices.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and contractor supervision skills.
