Job Title: Power Installation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of power systems, including both strong and weak electricity components, for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate must have in-depth technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical power systems, including solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and related infrastructure. < r>• nsure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. < r>• O ersee electrical installations involving both strong (high voltage) and weak (low voltage) electricity. < r>• M nage and direct on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and technical personnel to achieve timely and quality project delivery. < r>• C nduct site inspections, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution. < r>• V rify and review technical drawings, installation plans, and project documents for accuracy and completeness. < r>• C llaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met. < r>• P epare detailed installation and progress reports, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed. < r>• E force safety protocols and lead by example to promote a culture of safety on-site. < r>Qualifications and Requirements:
• H D/B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. < r>• M nimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in electrical power installation, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• R levant professional certifications (NABCEP, COREN, or equivalent) are an added advantage. < r>• D monstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams. < r>• E cellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. < r>• S rong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. < r>• G od communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders. < r>• P oficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and electrical drawings.
